Kelsey started Investment Ally in 2006 as a firm committed to helping individuals and family offices invest in and manage their personal property portfolios. She has a bachelors degree in real estate and MBA in finance and entrepreneurship, both from San Diego State University. Kelsey started her career in real estate investment banking where she sold large portfolios of commercial properties to institutional investors, then transitioned to real estate private equity, where she acquired, renovated, and leased major office park redevelopments throughout the West Coast. She's continued to run Investment Ally on the side, and in 2021, launched Investment Ally into a full time brokerage and management company. 

With over 19 years of real estate experience, Kelsey has purchased, re-positioned and leased over 1.3 million square feet and brokered over $1.7 billion in transactions covering 7 million square feet.
